Retain your clients with our non-compete contract
We provide non-compete contracts to referral sources so your clients stay your clients. If and when your client decides to sell their rental property we will refer them back to you. We’ll help you retain your clients if they decide to sell even if you move or change brokerages.
We do more than remind your client of your contact information when they are ready to sell.
Your client’s Bodewell Rental Information Package will include your logo and name.
Your client’s personal online portal will include your referral information so your contact information is visible every time they check their account.

Receive 50% of the tenant placement fee (or equivalent if already tenanted) for each of your client’s properties that are managed by Bodewell Property Management*
